Our website ‘delhipress.in’ and various applications are designed and developed to provide the best quality magazines and/or any other product (hereinafter referred as product) to buyers and to spread the contemporary knowledge or on use of such product, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement (the “Terms”).     1. Delhi Press provides the users access to our various magazines online through electronic devices as well as apps, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement. Some of our products are subscription based.
    2. We are one of the leading magazine publishing house of India that has been bringing out magazines since 1940 and we enjoy immense popularity and respect among our readers.
    3. Our magazine is one of the 30 magazines published by the Delhi Press Group. Our Mobile Applications are operated by Delhi Press through our website.
    4. Delhi Press reaches out to more than 20 million readers. Most of the magazines published by the group are leaders in their respective genres.
    5. Delhi Press is having its corporate office in E-8, Rani Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, New Delhi-110055, India. There are 12 regional offices in various state capitals across the country that serves as distribution centres and as editorial and advertising offices. All the magazines of Delhi Press are printed in state-of-the-art printing facilities. Delhi Press prints more than 4 million magazines every month, which is in addition to books and outside printing jobs.

    1. Delhi Press Patra Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. with registered office at (hereinafter called “Data Controller” or “we” or “Company”) will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our products.
    2. Your Data Controller is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable national laws.
    3. Your data controller may transfer/share data with the third parties including publishers.
  4. Sources of Personal Information
    1. We collect Personal Information about you only when our website/apps require you to subscribe to our products, i.e.:

Mobile device IDs: Unique mobile device identifier (e.g. IDFA or other device IDs on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad), if you’re using our products on a mobile device, we may use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We may do this to store your preferences and track your use of our applications. Unlike cookies, mobile device IDs cannot be deleted. Advertising companies may use device IDs to track your use of our applications, track the number of advertisements displayed, measure advertising performance and display advertisements that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of our applications.

  5. What Personal Information we collect
    1. “Personal Information” is any information that can identify you.
    2. The personal information includes, among other things, your name, email address, telephone number, address etc. The use of this information will be strictly to enforce authenticity of the user signing up, and provide personalization and improvement of our products further.
    3. Your user account is protected by a password selected by you. The passwords are encrypted and saved with Delhi Press and hence at any point of time, we have no access to your plain text password. The password you create should comply with the minimum password requirements as mentioned while creating an account.

  6. Period of Data Retention
    Delhi Press will keep Personal Information regarding you only as long as it is necessary, having regard to the purpose of the processing. This means that Personal Information collected and processed will be stored for as long as you have an account and twelve (12) months after your subscription has ended, unless we may store data for longer if required by law or if required in order to monitor legal interests of the company, for example, if there are ongoing legal proceedings.
